Extra Charges
Service Crockery, Cutlery and Cruets:
May be included in the price, please see the bottom of each menu for type of cutlery and crockery included
THE FOLLOWING CHARGES WILL APPLY IF STAFF ARE NOT ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Function Manager:
Required for larger functions. Your port of call. In contact
with the kitchen constantly with hidden communications
Cost £10.50 an hour (minimum of 4 hours) exclusive of VAT
Waiter/Waitress/Runner:
Trained courteous staff, smiles are free!

Cost £9.00 an hour (minimum of 4 hours each) exclusive of VAT
Bar Staff:
Trained courteous staff
Available for hire if customer is supplying their own drinks or bar
(No bar staff charges are added if Green Fig are supplying all your drink requirements)
Cost £10.50 an hour (minimum 4 hours each) exclusive of VAT
Chefs:
If a Chef is required for your function you will be informed
and the cost will be shown in any quotes or confirmations
Cost £10.50 an hour (minimum of 3 hours) exclusive of VAT
Travel:
Travel within 15 miles from our production unit at Gorse Lane, (CO14 5TR) is usually free,
(some charges may be incurred for small functions)
All subsequent mileage will be charged at 50p per mile for the inward and outward journey and per vehicle required
AA Route Planner is the reference tool used to calculate our mileage (postcode to postcode)
A clear final charge will be shown in any quotes or confirmations
Heavy Equipment:
Don't have the facilities at your venue and require portable catering equipment (i.e. ovens, hot cabinets)? We will inform you of the required amounts needed dependent on covers, menu, space and power and then give you a hire cost for all required equipment in any quotes and final confirmation.
Questions You May Ask About the Bar
We can supply all the alcoholic beverages, please ask for a price list.
If we are supplying the beverages we will also provide at no extra cost the following:
Kegarator bar or Kegerator [stainless steel bar 8 foot that uses kegs]
Or a cocktail bar with staff to serve your guests
Supply of ice
Limes / Lemons
Pimms fruit plus jugs
Disposal of bottles
Ice buckets
Ice troughs
Wine coolers
Bar fridges to store the beverages
Refrigeration of drink in large refrigerated van
(normally collected day before to allow correct chilling of the drink)
We are happy for you to purchase your own drinks for us to serve.
In this case there is a drinks charge of £1.50 per head ex VAT (
this does not include bar hire, glasses or staffing)

Delivery charge past Romford may be a charge depending on size of function.
