We can arrange anything from a small tabletop bar to a full keg bar.
Questions You May Ask About the Bar
We can supply all the Alcoholic beverages, please ask for a price list.
If we are supplying beverages for you we will also provide the following for £250:
Supply of ice
Limes / Lemons
Pimms fruit plus jugs
Disposal of bottles
Ice buckets
Ice troughs
Wine coolers
Bar fridges to store the beverages
We are happy for you to purchase your own drinks for ourselves to serve for you.
If your drink is used there is a Drinks charge £2/head to cover all the
above this does not include the bar hire, glasses or staffing as priced below:

Delivery charge past Romford may be a charge depending on size of function.
Portable Bars
£250 each
Our Portable bars are a Sturdy Collapsible steel framed unit with an imitation black marble work top and a Black glossed surround, very sturdy with room underneath for glasses, bottles or kegs.
If we are supplying your cash or free bar then there is no hire charge for the bars.
Although a Bar Deposit will be asked for (please see page overleaf)
Glassware
35p a glass
If you are supplying your own drink for your event but require glasses these can be hired from us.
The price included washing service.
All Glasses come packaged in tough stackable crates.

You can choose from the following:
175ml White wine glasses, 225ml Red wine glasses, 250ml Slim Jims (Tumblers) 1 Pint Beer Glasses
Champagne Flutes

Any un-returned or Broken Glasses will be charged in the final invoice at
£1.00 a Glass
Bar Staff
Cost £15.00 an hour
(Minimum 4 Hours each)
Trained Courteous staff, available for hire if customer is supplying their own drinks or bar.
(No bar staff charges are added if we are supplying all your drink requirements.)
Bar Deposit Charge
Due to running several evening bars at a considerable loss we may have to ask you for a Bar Deposit Charge.
To provide an evening bar we make a deposit charge of £250 payable before the event
